Marta Cartabia elected first female president of Italy’s Constitutional Court


Italy has broken the glass ceiling with
the election of the first ever female president of the courts highest court
media sources say 56 year old law professor Moore Tucker Tapia was elected
Wednesday to become the first woman to lead Italy’s Constitutional Court she is
also one of the youngest presidents the court has ever had
she said the glass ceiling has been smashed also referring to Salah marine
the newly elected prime minister in Finland who is the youngest leader in
the world at just 34 years old
