It's funny how the AG thinks that this resolution has no legal standing, the AG needs to brush up on the law and do some research….. The Constitution is the supreme law of this land and has every legal standing, any law that flies in the face of the Constitution is illegal and any resolution to protect a right guaranteed by the Constitution cannot be stricken in a court of law.

If the state converts a right (liberty) into a privilege, the citizen can ignore the license and fee and engage in the right (liberty) with impunity.

No state shall convert a liberty into a license, and charge a fee therefore.

Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rulemaking or legislation which would abrogate them.

All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.
