IT WOULD ALSO ALLOW FOR A CASINO TO BE PUT IN POPE there are strong feelings on both sides AS THE ARKANSAS RACING COMMISSION MEETS á THE ROOM IS PACKED… MANY HERE ááá TO LISTEN TO WHAT’S NEXT FOR CASINOS IN THE RIVER VALLEY. is going to do great harm to our community ONE OF THE ISSUES BEING DISCUSSED BY COMMISSIONERS THE LANGUAGE OF ONE OF THE RULES…. THEY VOTED THAT THE CURRENT COUNTY AND CITY ADMINISTRATION MUST WRITE A LETTER AT THE TIME OF A CASINO APPLICATION.
