Which is why AMA and CAA are strong advocates for a Canadian Air Passenger Bill of Rights. The fact is this: You deserve to be protected when things go wrong.     I have never ever said that the Bill of Passenger rights is contained in the legislation I have never ever said that the perception is of terminus the perception is out there because it has been created by the media that this will address the issue of a Bill of Rights now anybody who has read the bill knows that the bill mandates the Canadian transportation agency to produce it that has always been the case and I’ve explained it a million times but the perception is out there
