The legislation, which was introduced Tuesday, is set to provide for an election to be held “for the admission of certain counties and independent cities of the Commonwealth of Virginia to be admitted to the State of West Virginia as constituent counties.” The measure would be enacted under the provisions of Article VI, Section 11 of the Constitution of West Virginia. Attorneys say the money they were looking for is not designed to compensate Nick, but to “deter the defendants” from doing it again. In this case, it will prevent CNN from trashing another innocent person’s reputation out of spite or for cheap politics. No word on how much Nick will get from CNN but his lawyer Lin Wood said he will continue to pursue the other lawsuits he has against other media outlets. Wow, this is big. Bill Barr Gets Anti-Trump Leaker To Plead Guilty To Leaking Sensitive Financial Info To Hurt POTUS

Bill Barr is done messing around and his rapidly rounding up all the anti-Trump leakers who tried to sabotage Trump’s first term. In this case, he got a guilty plea from the anti-Trump leaker Natalie Mayflower Sours Edwards. Edwards leaked Suspicious Activity Reports to reporters about Paul Manafort, Maria Butina, and a Russian holding company in an effort to damage Trump. This was all happening during the Trump Russia hysteria which turned out to be a dud, but the damage was done and there is nothing Trump can do about it save to win the 2020 election. Really half the country thinks Trump works for Putin because of these BS…

McConnell Announces We Have the Votes for Impeachment To Proceed Without Requiring Witness Testimony

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell told Republican senators Tuesday that they “have the votes” to pass a resolution to start the impeachment trial without requiring witness testimony. “We have the votes, once the impeachment trial has begun, to pass a resolution essential the same, very similar to the 100 to nothing vote in the Clinton trial, which sets up, as you may recall, what could best be described maybe as a Phase One,” McConnell said, according to The Hill. The resolution passed for former President Bill Clinton’s impeachment trial in 1999 gave time for the House impeachment managers and the president’s defense team to give opening arguments and senators to…

Congress Votes to Limit Trump’s War Powers After Iran Lies: A Closer Look

-The House voted today to rein in the president’s war powers as it becomes increasingly clear the Trump administration lied to justify an unconstitutional act of war. For more on this, it’s time for “A Closer Look.” [ Cheers and applause ] Amid lingering tensions and unanswered questions from a crisis he started with Iran, as well as an impending impeachment trial in the Senate, President Trump took questions at the White House today, and decided to whine about the fact that no one gives him credit for giving up his presidential salary. Trump tried to say that he donates the money to good causes, like fighting the opioid epidemic,…

AOC and Omar Channel Hanoi Jane Fonda, Accuse Trump Of War Crimes, Demand He Be Removed From WH

Ilhan Omar continues to disgrace not only herself but all of Congress with her antics. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is not far behind her. Here is the truth they simply refuse to accept. Iran has been steadily targeting our assets in the region as a way to stoke tensions. Trump had rejected all retaliation – they bombed some bases, attacked 50% of Saudi’s oil output, bombed oil tankers, etc. But they made a catastrophic mistake – they took Trump’s unwillingness to get involved in another stupid war as weakness and they learned the hard way that is not the case. All the rest is noise, especially these two mopes accusing Trump of…
