    (music) Fair use is actually the first amendment within copyright law. Fair use permits you to break through the private monopoly and the private censorship capacity of anyone that has copyright ownership. And the Supreme Court has actually declared twice in the past decade that fair use is actually what keeps copyright law from being unconstitutional because of its power of private censorship. (music)
