What are the Three Branches of Government? 3 Branches of Government for kids cartoon!

It is time for learning on how the US
Constitution sets up the Federal Government into three branches. The
Federal Government is divided by the United States Constitution into three
parts or what we call branches of government called the Legislative,
Judicial and Executive branch. How this works is the legislative branch is where
laws are made in Congress which has two parts. These two parts are the House of
Representatives and the Senate. The Executive Branch is made up of the
President, Vice President and his Cabinet. the President and Vice President are
elected by the people but the Cabinet is made up of people the President
nominates and gets approved by the Senate. Finally there’s the Judicial
Branch which is our court system made up of the Supreme Court with nine justices
making final decisions and the lower Federal Courts who are in place to help
interpret the law and make decisions and that was all with the three branches of
the US government for kids.
