(“The Star-Spangled Banner”) ♪ Oh, say can you see, ♪ ♪ By the dawn’s early light, ♪ ♪ What so proudly we hailed, ♪ ♪ At the twilight’s last gleaming? ♪ – Hello, I’m Marcus Cauchi
from Sandler training. And today I’m going to talk to you about your Bill of Rights. Every sales person has rights. Did you know that? Chances are if you didn’t, you abdicate them all the time. You give away your power. Do you put your prospect on a pedestal? Do you treat the customer
as if they’re the king? Do you give them all the power because they have the gold and they make the rules? Well if you’re doing that, you’re leaving a lot
of money on the table. So in this series we’re
going to be looking at your Bill of Rights, and it’s by no means comprehensive. You need to add to this. You need to live it and breathe it because unless you
understand you have rights, you’ll struggle with one key Sandler rule which is you will only
preform to the level your self concept will allow. So, have a listen to this rule. You are earning today exactly what you think you’re worth. Not a penny more, not a penny less. How does that make you feel? Do you believe that you’re worth more? Well, develop your Bill of Rights and live by those rights. That’s Marcus Cauchi, Sandler Training. Subscribe here.
